At that time, the Reinhold & Co. factory operated in Boleslawiec, which later functioned as part of the Boleslawieckie Zaklady Garncarsko-Ceramiczne, and in 1964 it became part of the Boleslawieckie Zaklady Ceramiczne Przemyslu Terenowego. Currently, Boleslawiec is famous all over the world for its characteristic, made with the greatest attention to detail, glazed dishes in cobalt decorations. To this day, Zaklady Ceramiczne "Boleslawiec" use traditional methods - both in creating, decorating and firing ceramics. Zakłady Ceramiczne "Boleslawiec" - ceramics with a soul The dishes produced in Zakłady "BOLESLAWIEC" are made of natural clay which burns to a cream color. The raw materials are mined locally - it was from the deposits of white stone clay that Boleslawiec became famous many centuries ago. The first dishes were made of the very same clay - all the way back in the Middle Ages. Decorations also follow tradition. Decorations are made by hand with stamps and a brush. Artists who work on each piece of ceramics put not only talent, but also their heart into the creation process. Beautifully decorated tableware is fired at a temperature of over 1,250 degrees Celsius, and then glazed, thanks to which it becomes resistant to dirt and damage, and the color and pattern remain durable. Dishes from Zakłady Ceramiczne "BOLESLAWIEC" are therefore not only unique, but also practical - they can be used in ovens, dishwashers and microwaves. Importantly, the entire process of producing ceramic dishes is also ecological. The mass, paints and glazes used in the production process in Zaklady Ceramiczne "BOLESLAWIEC" are free from harmful substances, therefore the products of the plants are also safe in use and in contact with food. The ceramics that are made in Zaklady is a continuation of the tradition also in terms of decoration. They are divided into classic, unique, artistic and occasional. Most of them are dominated by flowers, especially the characteristic cobalt meadow, as well as "circles" and peacock eyes. The colors are primarily shades of blue, poppy red and dim green.
