COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§ 1
ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPETITION

The organizer of the Competition "DECOBC Challenge" (hereinafter referred to as: the Competition) is Healthy Supplements Zone Suwald Sp.j., with its registered office in Bolesławiec (59-700), 19 Chopina Street, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, holding NIP number: 6121872334, REGON number: 387520751, KRS number: 0000869281 (hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer, Healthy Supplements Zone).
 

§ 2
DEFINITIONS

1. Personal Data Administrator - Healthy Supplements Zone Suwald Sp.j., with registered office in Bolesławiec (59-700), 19 Chopina Street, holding Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6121872334, Business Identification Number (REGON): 387520751, KRS: 0000869281
2. Terms and Conditions - this document, together with all the appendices forming an integral part thereof, setting out the terms and conditions of the Competition.
3. Competition - a series of challenges announced via the Fanpage divided into two thematic groups: Sport and Health. The details of each challenge will be announced twice a month.
4.  Competition post - a post published on the Fanpage containing an invitation to participate in a given stage of the Competition, and in particular the date of the Competition stage, the definition of its theme and the specification of the Prizes.
5. Prizes - each participant of a given stage who submits a comment complying with the requirements will receive a 15% discount for the challenge. The 3 winners of the general classification in each category will receive a voucher of PLN 99, PLN 199 and PLN 299 at the end of the year.
6. The winner of the Competition - the Participant whose comment published under the Competition post in the manner specified in the Terms and Conditions is deemed by the Organizer to be the most relevant thematically and the most interesting according to the criteria specified in the Terms and Conditions.  
7. Participant - a natural person of full legal age, having full legal capacity, being a Facebook.com user, with residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland, who has taken part in the Contest in the manner specified in the Regulations. Minors over the age of 13 can participate in the Competition only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Healthy Supplements Zone stipulates that if requested by the Organizer, minors are required to provide the Organizer with written consent from their parents or legal guardians to take part in the Competition. Failure to provide the above consent may result in the minor's exclusion from the Competition. Participants cannot be employees or collaborators of the Organizer, as well as their spouses, children, parents and siblings.

§ 3

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Competition will be announced on the mass-zone.eu fanpage run by the Organizer on Facebook.com, available at the URL https://www.facebook.com/decobestconcept (hereinafter: Fanpage).
2. These Rules define the principles, mode and conditions of the Contest.
3. The Participant is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with these Rules before entering the Competition and to comply with their provisions.

§ 4

SUBMISSION AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

1.     Participation in the Contest is free of charge and voluntary.
2.     The Contest will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and will begin when the first Contest Post is published on 14.02.2023.
3.     Each Challenge will last for 7 calendar days from the date the Challenge is announced.
4.     The date of the end of the competition is considered to be the date of the end of the last stage of the cycle, i.e. 31.12.2023.
5.     A person who meets the criteria for qualifying as a Participant under § 2.7 of the Terms and Conditions may take part in the Competition.  
6.     In order to participate in the Contest, it is necessary to publish a comment under the Contest Post in accordance with the guidelines contained therein and in the Terms and Conditions, which is a response to the Challange posted in the Contest Post. The moment the comment is published is considered to be the moment it is saved on the Facebook.com server.
7.     The Organizer stipulates that once a comment is published, as defined in point 6 above, the Participant may not edit it in any way.
8.     The Participant may only submit one comment to the given Competition. In the event that the Participant publishes more than one comment under the Competition Post, then only the comment saved first on the Facebook.com server will be considered as the Competition answer.
9.     The Participant declares that the content of the comment published by him/her under the Competition Post does not infringe the law or the legally protected goods of third parties. At the same time, the Participant undertakes to ensure that the comment referred to in the preceding sentence does not contain content commonly regarded as vulgar or offensive, violating good manners, inconsistent with the objectives of Healthy Supplements Zone's promotional activities, containing an anti-advertisement of the Organizer's brand or advertising entities competing with the Organizer.
10.     The Participant is fully responsible for any damage suffered by the Organizer caused by the publication of a legally defective comment under a Competition Post and is obliged to indemnify the Organizer and such third parties against any claims arising therefrom.
11.     In the event of the Participant's failure to comply with the provision expressed in point 8 above ¾ the Participant shall not acquire the right to the Prize, while the Organizer shall have the right to remove any comment which does not comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.  
12.     The Participant declares that by publishing his/her comment under the Competition Post, he/she consents free of charge to its dissemination on the Organizer's websites, including websites which are not directly connected with the Competition.

§ 5

DETERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

1. The Winners of the Competition will be selected by the Organizer only from among those Participants who fulfil the conditions specified in § 4 of the Terms and Conditions.
2. From among the Participants referred to in paragraph 1 above, the Organizer will select the Winners of each stage of the Contest, who have published, in the opinion of Healthy Supplements Zone, the most interesting comments under the Contest Post, the selection criterion being based on the thematic relevance of the content of the comment published by the Participant to the nature of the activity of Healthy Supplements Zone and the assessment of the creativity and ingenuity of the given Participant. The winners of the competition will be the persons who collect the most points in the general classification of each category. There will be 3 winners in each category. The Organizer reserves the right to select fewer Winners than the number of Prizes indicated in the Competition Post.  
3. No later than the 7th calendar day after the publication of each Competition post, the Organizer shall publish on the Fanpage information about the determination of the Competition stage, together with the announcement of the Winners of the Competition stage.
4. No later than 14.02.2024, the Organizer will publish on the Fanpage information about the settlement of the Contest stage together with the announcement of the Contest Stage Winners.

1. The prizes in individual stages of the Competition are discount codes entitling to purchase products from a given category with a 15% discount.
2. The 3 winners of the general classification in each category will receive a voucher of PLN 99, PLN 199 and PLN 299 at the end of the year.
3. The Prize will be immediately sent by the Organizer in the form of a private Facebook message.
4. The Organizer stipulates that the Prizes will be issued only in the form indicated in the Terms and Conditions, excluding the possibility of their equivalent in cash or exchange for another material prize.

1. The Participant has the right to issue a complaint within 3 days from the end of the Competition,
2. All complaints related to the execution of the Competition should be sent via e-mail to: gosia@mass-zone.eu.
3. The complaint submission should include:
4. Name and surname of the Participant,
5. Name, date of the Competition held,
6. Description of the subject of the complaint,
7. Possible claim.
8. Claims will be considered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of filing the claim, with the proviso that the Organizer has the right to call on the Participant to provide additional explanations (hereinafter: Explanations).
9. In the situation where the Participant is asked to provide Explanations, the complaint application will be considered within no longer than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Explanations by the Organizer.
10. The Organizer will respond to the Participant's complaint using the same contact channel used by the Participant, unless the Participant expressly indicates that he/she wishes to receive a response to the complaint using a different contact channel and indicates the type of contact channel.
11. In a situation where the complaint does not contain any data making it possible to contact the Participant, the Organizer is entitled to leave the complaint unprocessed.
